This is a template for students to record  their post placement reflections.

Students must submit 1 written reflection, originating  from a significant learning moment which arose during each placement . They are submitted as part of the final portfolio.

BSc students must use this template to record their reflection.

MSc students have the option to use this template or any other reflective model to structure their reflection.
