Before the first lab you must install MatLab on the device you intend to use.

Instructions for installing MATLAB

Please note: if you are attending face-to-face, MATLAB will be accessible on the University computers in the lab sessions. However, you may still choose to install it on your own device to give you access outside of campus. 

Please follow the link below for instructions on how to install MATLAB using the University's licence. Mathworks, the company behind MATLAB, makes minor changes to the website from time to time. Therefore, if something is not clear or if you have any issues, please email us and we will be happy to help resolve them:

You are not required to try the activities in "Lab 2A" before the lab session, we will be working through these during your timetabled session. If you do not manage to complete the activities during the session, you should finish these in your own time, before the lecture takes place.
