    Within this section you will find information on the programme structure, handbook and other useful information.

      Programme Maps Folder

      The programme maps in this folder details when modules will be taught, where block placements will be held and the weeks when tripartites are due to be completed. 

      Please do use these to help you plan support and annual leave for your apprentice. If your apprentice chooses not to take their annual leave during the weeks indicated on the programme map they will then be expected to be at work for their full employed hours.

      In the programme handbooks you can find all the information you need to support your apprentice across their apprenticeship. It details the compliance required across the apprenticeship as well as support and guidance that will support your apprentice to be successful.

      This link takes you to the Pre-Registration OT placement page which details the placements that your apprentice will need to undertake and the associated paperwork for each placement.

      Year 1:

      • Initiate - 6 weeks
      • Lead - 8 weeks
      Year 2:
      • Manage - 10 weeks
