  • Within this section you will find links to relevant resources, including the OTDA standards and British values. 

    • The Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) provides an overview of the OTDA apprenticeship.

    • The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) set out the occupational standards for the OTDA (2023 onwards). This link takes you to the KSBs (knowledge, skills and behaviours) that all apprentices will be expected to working on during their learning journey and achieve at the end of their apprenticeship. 

    • During your apprentices learning journey and within tripartites meetings, British Values will need to be evidenced. This document provides guidance on British Values and how they link to OT practice.
